Refund policy

1. Registration fees

Unless a registration page expressly states otherwise, registration and activity-enrolment fees are non-refundable after payment. The ₹500 Maharashtra Level Science Fair 2026 project-registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Absence or disqualification

No refund is available when a participant or team does not attend, withdraws, misses a deadline, submits incomplete information, becomes ineligible, or is disqualified for breaching programme rules.

3. Duplicate or incorrect payments

If the same registration is charged more than once because of a verified technical error, contact us within seven days of the transaction. Approved duplicate-payment refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation by the organizer

If Education Expo cancels a paid activity without providing a reasonable alternative, eligible participants will be informed about the applicable refund or credit process. A change in schedule, venue, programme format, speaker, jury member, or activity arrangement does not by itself create a right to a refund.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after a refund has been initiated. Payment-gateway or banking charges may be deducted where they are not recoverable by the organizer.

6. Requesting assistance
