Education Expo is organized by Minds in Motion Foundation. This policy applies to information collected through educationexpo.org, Science Fair registration, event enquiries, and related Education Expo services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and WhatsApp numbers.
• School details and project-registration information.
• Student information required for an activity, including class, age, and gender.
• Enquiry, participation, and acknowledgement records.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and website usage data.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to administer registrations, verify participation, process event payments, issue acknowledgements and certificates, communicate programme updates, answer enquiries, maintain event security, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

4. Student information

Schools, teachers, parents, or guardians submitting information about a student must be authorized to do so. Student information is used only for programme administration, communication, evaluation, recognition, and other purposes reasonably connected with the registered activity.

5. Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Education Expo does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials. We may share only the information necessary with payment processors, hosting providers, registration systems, email or communication services, and programme partners that help us deliver the event. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for event administration, record keeping, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate organizational purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we control. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, payment rules, or legitimate event-administration needs.
